The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) was originally introduced for air travelers, but it is now also required at many land border entry points, including those from:

• Singapore
• Thailand
• and Brunei

Travelers entering Malaysia via land checkpoints — such as the Johor–Singapore Causeway — should also complete the MDAC in advance.

❗To avoid delays or complications at land borders, it is strongly advised to submit the MDAC before any type of entry, whether by air, land, or sea.
